2717971 - Unable to view the Payload SAP ESD data in Business Communication Monitor

You are trying to view the Payload of a Message Document Inbound delivery Notification DEF (DEF refers to Inbound Delivery Notification ID) but system is showing blank screen.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third-Party Logistics Work Center.
2. Navigate to Business Communication Monitoring under Common Tasks.
3. Search for Document ID DEF.
4. Select the ID and Select button Show Payload, select sub-tab SAP ESD.

You observe blank screen, Content of the IDN is not displayed.

For messages that are received by the system successfully over one month ago, their payload will not be visible in the Business Communication Monitoring view.

As the documents have already been created in the system with the information received from the messages, system is designed not to display the payload of such old messages to avoid any performance related issues.

Outgoing messages have same behavior.
