2718035 - Project creation gives message: "The cost center is not valid for these dates"

Message "The cost center is not valid for these dates" is displayed when trying to create an internal project or a customer project.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to App: Create Internal Projects or Create Customer Projects.
2. Error-Message is displayed: The cost center is not valid for these dates.

There is no cost center configured for the service organization.

1. Go to App: Maintain Service Organizations
2. Open the Service Organization in Edit-Mode
3. Select in the drop-down field "Default Cost Center"
4. Save changes.
