You want to edit the Agency User Forgot Password email notification but cannot find a recruiting email trigger in the Admin Centre

There is no specific email trigger or email template that you can edit

1. In case there is already a custom language pack created for the language you wish to edit the email notification
1. Admin Centre > Manage Languages;
2. Download the default labels for the language you wish to edit the email notification:
3. Find the correct language key - RECRUITING_AGENCY_ACCESS_EMAIL_GREETING and/or RECRUITING_AGENCY_ACCESS_PASSWORD_EMAIL_BODY
4. Click on "Download Default Labels" next to the language to download the custom CSV file
5. Add the custom translations for RECRUITING_AGENCY_ACCESS_EMAIL_GREETING and/or RECRUITING_AGENCY_ACCESS_PASSWORD_EMAIL_BODY
6. Upload the file again and save.
2. In case there is no custom language pack created for the language you wish to edit the email notification:
1. Admin Centre > Manage Languages;
2. Click on "Add Custom Locale" corresponding to the language pack you have chosen and enter a new name for the custom language pack and click "OK". The custom language pack gets appended to the original language pack.;
3. Click on "Download Default Labels" next to the language to download the CSV file of the original language pack that has all the default application UI labels;
4. Open the downloaded CSV file in any text editor (Notepad or Notepad++);
5. Create a new file where ONLY custom translations will be placed for the language keys RECRUITING_AGENCY_ACCESS_EMAIL_GREETING and/or RECRUITING_AGENCY_ACCESS_PASSWORD_EMAIL_BODY;
6. NOTE: All custom translations will be saved in a single file;
7. Once done, save in .csv format;
8. Go back to Admin Center > Manage Languages > Select Created Custom Language > Choose File > Select created file > Import;
9. You should receive a successful pop-up showing that the upload was successful. Click Ok;

Please note that the string “{0}” refers to the first and last name and if it is being removed, the name does no longer appear in the email notification. Also, it is not possible to have only the first name or the last name, as the string triggers both.
