2718424 - Customer Information Field Is Not Available in the Sales Volume Report

Symptom

The Customer Information field is not available in the Sales Volume Report, and need to know how to enable filtering for this field.
 
 

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Sales Orders work center.
  2. Go to the Reports view and select the List sub view.
  3. Search for the Sales Volume Report.
  4. Open the report in a web browser.
  5. Enter the required parameters and execute the report.
  6. The report does not display the Customer Information field.
  7. As a result, a customized report cannot be created in the Business Analytics work center using this field.

Cause

This occurs because filtering is not enabled for the Customer Information field.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
  2. Navigate to the Reports view and select the List sub view.
  3. Search for the Sales Volume Report.
  4. Open the report in a web browser.
  5. Enter the required parameters and execute the report.
  6. Select View.
  7. In the Row Fields section, add the Customer Information field under Sales Order.
