2718432 - Master Form Template Logo Size

You have uploaded a logo to a master form template. Now, you want to change the Logo Width larger than 40 mm or the Logo Height larger than 20 mm. After save, you find that the size of the logo is still kept in 40*20 mm .

1. Go to Application And user Management work Center.
2. Go to sub-view Master Template Maintenance.
3. Select a Master Form Template, and Select Edit button.
4. Upload a logo.
5. Change the Logo Width larger than 40 mm or Logo Height larger than 20 mm.
6. Select Save and Close button.

When you check it again, you will find that the logo size is still under 40*20 mm.

The Bydesign system is designed to restrict the logo size within 40*20 mm. We are not able to make the logo size larger than 40*20 mm.

As a workaround, you can edit the logo for a specific form template using the Adobe Lifecycle Designer locally: Firstly, you need to decouple a specific form template from the master templates; and then, do a local layout editing per template with Adobe LifeCycle Designer.
