Symptom

  • Receiving error "Internal Server Error" when trying to save Lumira documents in BI Launchpad
  • The error may persist through restarts of the Lumira Server
  • The error will disappear temporarily after restarting the Server Intelligence Agent (SIA)
  • The following error is observed in the Lumira Server log file:

    • ERROR [fa080ec0-0ecb-4b4f-855f-00d4106d4baf]: com.businessobjects.lumira.plugin.LumiraHelper.getLumiraAppObject([Ljava/lang/String;)Lcom/businessobjects/lumira/plugin/ILumira;
      java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.businessobjects.lumira.plugin.LumiraHelper.getLumiraAppObject([Ljava/lang/String;)Lcom/businessobjects/lumira/plugin/ILumira;
