Symptom

When running reports such as Learning Evaluation, Assessments, Exam Item Analysis (CSV), and User Exam Data (CSV), the following error appears:

Exception occurred while trying to fetch report with id: [ID#] [...] at com.plateausystems.elms.bo.customreport.impl.CustomReportServiceImpl.getReportDesignVOX [...] Caused by: com.plateau.common.reportservice.impl.ReportEngineException: parameterHandle is null
