2719250 - Learning Report Error: Exception occurred while trying to fetch report with id: [ID#]

When running reports such as Learning Evaluation, Assessments, Exam Item Analysis (CSV), and User Exam Data (CSV), the following error appears:

Exception occurred while trying to fetch report with id: [ID#] [...] at com.plateausystems.elms.bo.customreport.impl.CustomReportServiceImpl.getReportDesignVOX [...] Caused by: com.plateau.common.reportservice.impl.ReportEngineException: parameterHandle is null

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into the system >
2. Go to Reports >
3. Try to run any of the reports >
4. The error is produced.

The libraries for the reports have been changed, and many scalar parameters are missing in the Plateau library; as a result, the reports are failing.

Update the current library with scalar parameters from [^Plateau.rptlibrary]. The zip file is attached to this KBA (Plateau.zip).

Follow the steps below:

1. Download the attached zip file and save it to your local machine >
2. Go to Reports >
3. Click on the Import link at the upper right corner of the reports list >
4. Browse for the zip file and select it >
5. Click the "Override" checkbox >
6. Click Import.
