Symptom

Submit and preview options are missing in the migrated sales quote actions menu.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Choose the view Sales Quote.
  3. Search XYZ (XYZ Represent Sales quote ID).
  4. Change the status of Quote from Completed to In process.
  5. Choose the button Actions.
  6. The options Submit, and Preview are missing.

Cause

The Submit and Preview options are missing in the actions menu of the sales quote is because the Quote is migrated to C4C with status Completed and later the status is changed to In process.

Resolution

It is an existing system behavior. The migrated quotes which are migrated as complete cannot be processed with approval/printing even so you reopen them, because we consider those documents as "historical data". If you want to process further on quotes they must be migrated in status "open".
