• I cannot find and add a new job board in Job Board Marketplace.
• How to submit a new job board integration request via the Job Board Marketplace?

If you, as Recruiting Posting user with admin permissions, cannot find and add a job board in Job Board Marketplace, you can suggest the integration of a new job board as follows:

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting / Settings > Job Board Marketplace.
2. Click Suggest a new job board.
3. Read and validate terms of the job board integration and click Next.
4. Provide requested integration details and Submit the form. 

The new job board integration suggestion will be transmitted to Recruiting Posting Product team who will reach out to the job board and initiate the job board integration process.

Please note:

• Due to resource constraints, new job board integration suggestions will be received and stored. However, 3 different customers would have to suggest the same job board for this suggestion to be treated by the Product team.
• The process applies only on the production environment. No job board integration suggestion / request submitted via the staging (preview) account can be taken into consideration.
• The time frame for an integration depends on the job board's responsiveness and cooperation. Also, you should not exceed 10 suggestions in one calendar year.
