• You perform a Modelo 349 EC Sales List Tax Return Run.
• The Run fails with error message ''Work package ID XYZ system error; report an incident''
  (XYZ represents the work package ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the Periodic Tasks view.
3. Go to the EC Sales List Runs.
4. Select the affected Run.
5. Open the Application Log.
6. Expand the messages under Summarizing Messages field.
   Error ''Work package ID XYZ system error; report an incident'' is displayed.

When entering the EC Sales List Tax Return Run details you have selected the Tax Arrangement ID Modelo 349 Substitution.
Tax Arrangement Modelo 349 Substitution is used to substitute a previous Modelo 349 Tax Return Run.
As there is no Modelo 349 Tax Return Run previously performed in the system for this Company, the system raised the Exception Error.

You need to perform an EC Sales List Tax Return Run using Tax Arrangement Modelo 349 first.
Then you will be able to use the Tax Arrangement Modelo 349 - Substitution.
