 Competency is not reflecting/sync from Job Profile to Job Requisition

SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Create new Job Requisition

The competencies are not syncing to the Job Requisition because are not synced to Manage Data, there are no competencies for this Job Profile in Manage Data.

For syncing the competencies of Job Profile to Manage Data, please follow:

1. Go to: Manage Job Profiles
2. Search for Job Profile
3. Click in the Job Profile
4. Click: Next
5. Click: I'm Done

It may also be necessary to sync the Family and/or Role data

1. Go to: Manage Job Profile Content
2. Select Set Up Families and Roles form the drop down
3. Open the affected Family or Role and click on the save button

At this point the competencies should be in Manage Data. Create a new Job Requisition.

In case you have more Job Profiles where the competencies are not in Manage Data, please export and import the Job Profile data to sync.

1. Go to: Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
2. Select the appropriate content from the Download Data Import File Template dropdown (Job Profile, Family, Role...)
3. Click Yes in the Fill the download template with existing data? popup
4. Import the file downloaded file
