Candidates are redirected to career site homepage when they click "View Profile".

SAP successFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

Go to the career site RMK and click View Profile. It's not going to the login page or profile but it stays on the home page of the career site.

The CAS set-up has not been done properly. Enable Candidate Account Simplification is not checked in Provisioning / Company Settings.

Check Enable Candidate Account Simplification in Provisioning / Company Settings.

There are mainly 2 settings to check for the CAS. The one in provisioning as mentioned above, and the one in Command Center / Site / SiteSetup / SSO / Candidate Account Simplification. Both should be checked.
