2720508 - Incorrect Field label is showing in AdHoc Report Column - Recruiting Management

The field label in the template has been recently updated; however, when checking the AdHoc columns, the old label is still being displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

In updating column label:

1. Go to Manage Template > Recruiting Management.
2. Select Recruiting template.
3. Click 'Fields defined' and look for the target field/s.

In running report:

1. Go to AdHoc Report > Recruiting V2.
2. Select Column.
3. Find reporting column that will be visible in the report.

1. There are other templates in which the field ID still retains the old label.
2. Field label updates are not reflected immediately in the Reporting.

Be sure that all templates that use the same field ID has the same label configuration throughout the system. For example, if there are 3 job requisition templates in your system, all these templates must have the same labels for the same fields. 

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for a field label update to be fully reflected in reports.

Updating fields label can be done via Manage Templates (see 2365214) or via XML Change Request (see 2258199).
