2720600 - Error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [331]: user name already exists: SYS_STREAMING

Symptom

When initializing the connection between a tenant database and a streaming service (see here), the statement of "ALTER SYSTEM INITIALIZE SERVICE" is executed and reports the following error: 

Could not execute 'ALTER SYSTEM INITIALIZE SERVICE 'streamingserver' at '<myhost:portnumber>' with CREDENTIAL TYPE ...' in 26.020 seconds .
