2720614 - SFAPI data dictionary not showing new candidate profile custom field in the 'ADHOC_recruitingV2' entity

We have added a new custom field to our Candidate Profile Template. We are expecting this field to appear in the SFAPI data dictionary under the 'ADHOC_recruitingV2' entity, however it is not appearing.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center > SFAPI Data Dictionary
2. Look for the 'ADHOC_recruitingV2' entity
3. New custom field added to candidate profile is not showing up

The ADHOC_recruitingV2 entity refers to the recruiting ad hoc fields and any new custom fields must be added to custom reportable fields in provisioning (the back-end) in order for the field to show up in this entity.

Please open a Cloud Product Support ticket to have this field added to your custom reportable fields. Please also see KBA 2081508

Once this field is added to custom reportable fields, the metadata needs to get refreshed which occurs automatically and can take a few hours to become available in the 'ADHOC_recruitingV2' entity.
