Here are the conditions/scenarios for the auto decline email to be triggered.

Note: Please be aware that the mentor can select their own preference for the maximum number of matches they want, which may be less compared to what is defined in the program. For example, a mentoring program can have a maximum of four mentees per mentor set, however when signing up for the program the mentor may select a preference two matches. Hence you must ensure you check what is the preference of the mentor.
