2721471 - Mass Release of Dunnings in Business ByDesign

You want to know how to mass release Dunnings in Business ByDesign.

SAP Business ByDesign

In order to mass release Dunnings, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Go to the Periodic Tasks view.
3. Go to the Dunning Runs subview.
4. Click on New button.
5. Select the Dunning Run option.
6. Enter the required fields.
7. Click on Activate.
8. Select the Dunning Run you just created.
9. Click on Schedule button.
10. Select Start Immediately.
11. Click on Save and Close.
12. Go to the Dunning view.
13. Select the Dunnings you want to release.
14. Click the Actions button.
15. Select Execute Dunning in Background option. 
    Note: The selected Dunnings will be released by a background job. This can take some time depending on the amount of Dunnings selected.

You can check the background job by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Background Jobs view.
3. Go to the Background Jobs subview.
4. Filter by:
   Run Type: Delayed Business Object Processing Run
   Status: Completed
5. Click Go.
