What are the API calls that support "Contains" operator?

Learning Management System
Cause
-
Only admin full searches will support "Contains" operator, like "public/admin/search-service/v1/...".
- For any other call, this is not supported.
Resolution
-
A Product Enhancement can be raised to our Product Management team so they can check the possibility to extend the Contains operator to other search types within OData APIs.
