Symptom

Several SAP NetWeaver Application Server for Java applications fail to start and exceptions similar to below are logged in the trace files:

Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException:
Path to object does not exist at jms_vendor_queues_global, the whole lookup name is jms_vendor_queues_global/JobQueue.
