SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

First, ensure that the following setting is enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings: Automatically disposition non-selected in-progress applicants on closed requisitions to status 'Requisition Closed'

1. Close a job requisition by moving a candidate to the hired status and accepting the job req closure OR close a job requisition that moves candidate the requisition closed status.
2. Email will be triggered with the Subject: moveCandidatesToReqCloseStatus

This is an asynchronous job, which triggers when job requisition is closed. Once the provisioning job "Move Candidate(s) to Requisition Closed status" job is completed, the notification will trigger to the user who closed the job requisition.

The job can be viewed by going to Provisioning > Monitor Jobs > Select Job Type "Move candidate(s) to Requisition Closed status".

Notes:

• It's not possible to modify or cancel this job
• Only the user triggering the job requisition closure will receive the email
• The job will be triggered even if there are no candidates being moved to the job requisition closed status

The Change in behaviour has been introduced after the H1 2025 release.
