2722301 - WEBGUI: sesstoken already set (A:ITS_P:019)

Symptom

An attempt to execute the WEBGUI (SAPGUI for HTML) service fails: the SAP Easy Access menu is not displayed, neither a transaction code.

Looking at the web browser console messages, errors are displayed (e.g. "Internal Server Error 500"):
