2722453 - [SF MOB] - My Offers links on Mobile Apply page send candidates back to RCM

Symptom

The My offers link on the Mobile Apply page under Options/ My offers or Jobs applied/View/Accept Offer all bring the candidate back to the legacy RCM career site without the Mobile Apply wrapper.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

  • SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. The candidate logs into their profile and reaches Mobile Apply page
  2. Candidate selects Options/My Offers or Selects Jobs Applied tab then selects the job with Pending Offers and selects View/Accept Offer...
  3. Instead of remaining on the Mobile Apply page, the candidate is redirected to the RCM career page's legacy layout in the My Offers tab.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour. My Offers is an RCM feature and does not have a Mobile Apply equivalent.
