What is the trigger point for the Interviewer Availability Notification?

Requirements:

1. Interview scheduling must be enabled
2. You must have the email trigger configured in Admin Centre - Recruiting Email Triggers
3. You must have at least 2 interviewers selected
4. One interviewer has availability in the calendar and one interviewer does not have any availability showing in the interview scheduling calendar
5. 'Show slots even if some interviewers are not available' checkbox is checked

In this scenario, when you hover over the calendar of the interviewer who has zero available slots, an email icon pops up where you can trigger the email

NOTE: this email trigger is automatically enabled when Interview Scheduling is enabled and cannot be disabled in Admin Center. However it will not send without manual action and if no template is associated it will not send even when performing the above.
