2722804 - Error when Clicking Update Button on Workflow Page for Payment Information or Spot bonus

An application error pops-up when updating a record in a manage workflow page, such as payment or spot bonus.

The application error id is accompanied by the message: "You are not authorized to view/update this data".

The same error message shows up when a workflow is sent back to the initiator and the user tries to update the workflow.

1. Proxy as the approver or initiator;
2. Click "Update" to change a value in the workflow;
   
   
   
   
3. See the error display:
   
   

This is caused by missing permissions.

Grant the missing permissions to the affected permission role by:

• Opening the concerning permission role;
• Clicking the "Permissions..." button;
• Under "Employee Data" enable edit permission for "One-Time Payments" and "One-Time Payments Edit Action";
  
  
  
  
• Click on Save Changes.

• Enable edit permission for "Spot Bonus Edit Action" and "Payment Information":
  
  
• Without the granted permissions, the initator needs to withdraw the workflow and resubmit it after amending the changes.
