2723067 - Error while resolving URL

Symptom

  • You are attempting to maintain an Homepage URL for an address in the SAP system
  • When you select the HPG (homepage) line for URL and hit the Homepage button the message "Error while resolving URL" is thrown and the URL is not launched.
