2723071 - Unable to mount MDM Repository: Repository already mounted

Symptom

After restart of the SAP MDM Server, MDM repositories are not showing up in MDM Console.

Mounting manually from MDM Console it says "Repository already mounted".

 

MDS_Log contains something similar to:

02/01/2018 16:00:24.174 CreateBatchName: data file not created (0x80020018). MDSExportServer@TransferSyndicationChunk Syndication.cpp
