2723180 - On Change Business Rules not Triggered for Termination Details of Contingent Workers

Symptom

On change business rules which are set on Termination Detail fields are not triggered when the termination record for Contingent Workers is created.

Environment

Employee Central - Contingent Workers

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an onChange Business Rule triggered of Termination Date
  2. Create a contingent worker
  3. The End Contingent Worker Record is automatically created, which in turn creates the Termination Details for the user
  4. Check the Termination details and see that the onChange Business Rule was not triggered.

Cause

This is expected behaviour.

Resolution

Currently onChange business rules triggered on Termination Details fields are not triggered for Contingent Workers.
