2723183 - Time replication messages are missing from SLG1

When replicating time data, there are no entries in SLG1.

The entries can be found using the External ID/External ID instead of just the External ID in the External ID field.

For example, if the External ID is 00123456, the entry in SLG1 needs to be 00123456/00123456 for time entries.
