Rotating Banner Widget Image is Blurry 

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Resolution

This is likely because the uploaded image height is 270px. The default height of rotating banner is 500px, otherwise it will be blurry.

Try the steps below if image still appears blurry:

  1. After uploading the image, click the button in red circle, switch to 'scale to fit';
  2. Pull the bar in green circle upward until you cannot pull it anymore;
  3. Click Ok button to commit this widget.
