2723263 - Enable Apply with LinkedIn switches disappeared in Manage Recruiting Settings - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

After the B1811 release, the following LinkedIn switches disappeared from Manage Recruiting Settings in Admin Center

  1. Enable Apply with LinkedIn for External Career Site
  2. Enable Apply with LinkedIn for Internal Career Site

    Environment

    SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing(RMK) - All versions

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Go to Admin Center >Manage Recruiting Settings.
    2. Navigate to "Career Site" section.
    3. The "Enable Apply with LinkedIn" switches have disappeared.

    Cause

    This is an expected system behavior. In Q4 2018 (B1811) Product Release, Recruiting Management has completely retired 'Apply with LinkedIn 1.0 (AWLI 1.0)'. This includes the removal of switches tied to said feature.

    Resolution

    To continue working with the LinkedIn feature, customers will need to configure and start using 'Apply with LinkedIn 2.0 (AWLI 2.0)'.
