Resolution
Behavior Before 2H 2020 Release:
My Active Enrollments section shows the eligible benefits and the remaining amount. For example, if a user is eligible for INR 15000 for Company Mobile Reimbursement and she has already claimed INR 3000 for this reimbursement, then she'll see INR 12000 (INR 15000 - INR 3000) in My Active Enrollments section.
In the Reimbursements section, user can see details about which Reimbursements she is eligible to claim, In-process claims and Recently Approved Claims. Here, she can see the total eligible amount and how much amount has already claimed. In the example, the user is eligible for INR 15000 and she has already claimed INR 3000.
You can see all the claims for the user for this benefit in Benefits Admin Overview > Benefit Claim Accumulation.
Behavior After 2H 2020 Release:
My active enrollments section shows only the benefits that have enrollment records. This means, ‘Other’ type benefits and ‘Reimbursement’ type benefits with Enrollment required ‘No’ will no longer appear in this section. This section is mainly designed to show only the benefits having active enrollments, so we corrected it now.
Reimbursement benefit with Enrollment required ‘Yes’ will appear in this section once employee enrolls into the benefit. And it shows the enrolled amount and not the remaining balance after the claim.
