2723663 - PI ESR cache not updating DataType and External Definition

• You are using the Process Orchestration (PO) or Process Integration (PI)
• You have opened ESR and make a dummy change to any Datatype or External Definition, saved and activated the change. 
• The changes made doesn't get updated during the ESR Cache Refresh
