2723817 - Formula could not be computed: Object is unknown: [ ].[ ].[ ]. Try rewriting the formula.

The following error occurs when you are in the Browse > Models > Public Dimensions tab and try to save a formula in an account type dimension. The formula has a reference to another dimension using an IF or Resultlookup statement.

SAP Analytics Cloud

A formula that references a dimension (such as RESULTLOOKUP or IF) can only be saved in a specific model and not in the Browse > Models > Public Dimensions tab.

Edit the formula within the Modeler / <ModelName> <Account dimension nam> and not in the Browse > Models > Public Dimensions tab.
