Is there a tool to manage the system data size? E.g.: A tool to monitor the system data size and to project its growth.

There is not a tool that could be used to manage the system data size. It is possible to provide the system data size and/or the system data at current state. Then in a year or a few months, you can request again to see what changes may have happened.

If needed, open a case, via SAP for Me, to request the above mentioned options. In the case, also provide the related Learning URL that the data size is required.

This is mainly a workaround for a potential need you may have, we do reccomened making a SAP Ideas request to see this type of analyitcis in a future update. SAP Idea Place
