Is there a tool to manage the system data size? E.g.: A tool to monitor the system data size and to project its growth.

There is currently no tool that could be used to manage the system data size. It is possible to provide the system data size and/or the system data at current state. Then in a year or a few months, you can request again to see what changes may have happened. 

If needed, open a case, via SAP for Me, to request the above mentioned options. In the case, also provide the related Learning URL that the data size is required.

This is mainly a workaround for a potential need you may have, we do recommended making a SAP Ideas request to see this type of analytics in a future update. SAP Idea Place
