2723849 - TFN Custom Format-Onboarding

• Customer reported that they have copied the standard TFN panels for Australia compliance.

  No  keys are changed and the standard keys remain as it is.

  However customer wanted to apply NNN NNN NNN format to TFN which has 9 digits as a validation.

  Customer had tried to use regex - ^\d{3}\s\d{3}\s\d{3}

  Despite the validation does not work on TFN key assuming the validation for 9 digits is hard coded.

  As when they use the same regex for custom key ,customer able to get the desired validation.

•  Below expression hardcoded in panels":

                       "^\\d{9}$"

•  It cannot be modified in Onboarding panels.
