2723874 - Document Upload in Custom Panel - Onboarding

Customer reported that they creating  custom panel and there are six different 2 document field in this panel for document uploading. 

When user upload one document in any of these fields the same document is shown under each field which is not expected beha

Form code is not maintained in panels or same form code has been used for all upload fields

Please go to Settings > Panels > Click on Upload field > Find FormCode field.

Make sure FormCode should be maintained for each upload field and Form Code should be different for each upload field.
