2723890 - Decline DPCS Statement is not working-Onboarding

Symptom

  •  Customer reported as a new hire using chrome browser  cannot decline the dpcs statement, it end up in a loop on the same page.

Environment

  • Applicable to All Data Centers.
  • DPCS
  • Onboarding

Cause

While Configuring Onboarding 1.0 Data Privacy Statement in Bizx, The decline redirect URL is not mandatory.


 if not provided and decline is clicked then it will be in same DPCS consent page

Resolution

  •  For Onboarding 1.0 if any customer is setting Data Privacy Statement then they should add Redirect decline URL mandatory.

  • It can be BizX homepage or Bizx Login page.
