Symptom

  •  Customer would like to understand about Data Purge failing for some specific countries .(Release Feature).

    • Environment

    •  Applicable to All Data Centers.
    • Data Purge.

    Resolution

    Before Release:

    We are getting a timeout error while deleting the candidates in kms.(ONB).
    Current flow is, Bizx makes a call to KMS to delete the users and wait for 3000ms(five minutes) to get the response from KMS. In this case, even though the purging records was successful in KMS, it took more than five minutes for the execution which resulted in timeout.

    After release:

    We increased time out from our side and purge process occurred for candidates in batch of 250.
