2723950 - XML is not Appearing Under Multi Output Channel Selection

You want to know why Output channel type XML is not available in the multiple channel selection under Application user management.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application user management work center
2. Click on Output channel selection view
3. In the Dropdown chose Created purchase order
4. Click on Go button
5. Click on Add button appearing under Field Output channel

 

Due to possibilities of having multiple output channels present, calculating and populating this field has a performance hit.

The functionality is not changed or it's not that it’s not working, Its only to display multi-channel outputs we would have to use a table for Send by instead of a single field and using this table would be a performance hit.

 

For multi-channel output you can use the button you can also in purchase order and choose Edit output settings for example create Purchase order and view all the output channels selected here.

Also, you can set the multi-channel output in Supplier master data under Collaboration tab.
