2723972 - KMS Certificate issue in signing forms-Onboarding.

Symptom

  • Customer uses the Onboarding application to get 3 forms signed by applicants prior to their hire. One of these forms is an Employee Patent and Proprietary Information form, where the applicant attests that they have no conflict of employment or IP related conflicts with their employment . Once an applicant signs this form electronically, this form has to be counter signed by a Corporate representative - the form then gets stored in Document Center.

    1) When we look at the form we see a message that says "One signature has a problem".

    2) The signature credentials on the form say the form was signed by "KMS Software" - this appears to be a generic company signature - that Success FActors uses to get all of it's on-boarding forms signed by applicants. - How can we * this signature by KMS Software with a signature by a specific applicant? is there any way we can identify which form was signed by a specific applicant using the signature credentials?
