2724028 - Onboarding Candidate Information Object Creation(OCI) - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Customer importing a candidate directly into 2nd step(NES) from third party and observing candidate is not created in NHA (New Hire Activities )Tab.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

  1. We have the file “AccountConfig.xml.messages”. The file is available in super admin site. You could download it  and modify.
  2. To put file back to the server, we need to create OPS ticket.
  3. If you put NES instead of PHV, OCI and NHA will be created for this customer During NES.
