Symptom
The RFC connections from SAP Cloud Platform to on-premise system fails.
In SCC CPIC trace, Group name can be identified as below:
LgIGroupX: host=xxxx serv=xx group=ZZ (type=0)
LgIGroupX: ZZ not stored, retrieve info from msg server (xxxx/xx)
The SAP Cloud Connector logged this entry with Error severity level:
#ERROR#com.sap.scc.protocol.rfc#RfcPool_1_Thread_10#0xaabbccdd#RFC call exception at action: OPEN_REQUEST

The command lgtst -H <host name of message server> -S sapms<SID> does not return the ZZ group:
lgtst -H abcdmsgserver -S sapmsMSS
