Symptom

  • HADR Materialization process suspended
  • Cannot log into RMA (Replication Management Agent). Connection attempt terminates with timeout message.
  • In the RMA log :

[Stderr] [ContainerAgent:73][LOGGER] - Exception in thread "ContainerAgent"
[Stderr] [ContainerAgent:73][LOGGER] - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded (max heap: 512 MB)
[TRACE] [Materialize:497][RMA] - [ConnectionManager ] - Terminate connection <xxxx(out of scope)>: jdbc_sybase_Tds_xxxx
[Stderr] [HouseKeeper:99][LOGGER] - Exception in thread "HouseKeeper"
[Stderr] [Materialize:497][LOGGER] - Exception in thread "Materialize"
