2724391 - Different report outcome

Based on the report criteria, the report file contains data that differs from what was searched.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The data within the report may vary based on the way the criteria was added to it.

In the Learning admin side, click:

1. Reports >
2. Search and access the desired report.
3. Search option 1: At the moment to add a given filter, click the blue icon > Insert the desired type of criteria > Search > Select the checkbox of the result > Add to Filter > Submit Filter > Run Report >
4. Search option 2: At the moment to add a given filter, click the blue icon > Insert the desired criteria ID > Submit Criteria > Run Report.

Search option 1: When the given steps are followed, the system considers the "exact" criteria inserted. E.g.: "course" criteria > Results taken from anything named as "course".
 
Search option 2: When the given steps are followed, the system considers "contains" based on the criteria inserted. E.g.: "course" criteria > Results taken from anything named as "course" and anything else that contains "course", like "course1".
