Symptom
For some Epson 9-pin dot matrix printer models, a bigger font size is printed by SAPWIN device types. So far we have detected Epson printer models FX-2190, LX-310, DFX-9000 may have the problem.
The problem only happen when printing via a SAPSprint server by Access Methods S or U, whereas the Frontend printing by Access Methods G or F is correct.
By looking into the log files which can be obtained by the steps described in KBAs 1780925(SAPSprint Windows) and 1780896(Frontend Windows), we can see that the same font file are picked from Windows but with different font sizes like below:
SAPSprint Windows(Bigger font size):
Th xxxxx: (xx.xx.xxxx xx:xx:xx) Create new font Arial
