2724410 - Epson 9-pin dot matrix printer prints bigger font size by SAPWIN Device Types and SAPSprint server

• With some Epson 9-pin dot matrix printer models, a bigger font size is printed when using SAPWIN Device Types. So far, this issue was detected with printer models FX-2190, LX-310 and DFX-9000.
• The problem only happens when printing via a SAPSprint server by Access Methods S or U, whereas the Frontend printing by Access Methods G or F is correct.
• In the SAPSprint Windows log files and Frontend Windows log files, it is possible to see that the same font file is picked from Windows, but with different font sizes as shown below:
