System is checking permission when Respect RBP flag is NO while approving a claim workflow.

1. Create a workflow and set Respect rbp flag =NO
2. Submit a claim request
3. Proxy as approver
4. System will throw error message if user do not have view permission on benefit and benefit enrollment object though respect rbp flag = NO

This is a limitation in benefit workflows.

As a work-around, provide at least view permissions to benefitEmployeeClaim object for the approver. An enhancement ticket BEN-4023 is already created to address this issue. Currently we don't have any roadmap for it. Once it is implemented, it'll be published in the Release Notes. Please contact your CSM or call SAP hotline number to know current status of it.
