2724438 - The remote server returned an error : (401) Unauthorized - BPC NW 10.X

Symptom

  • Error "The remote server returned an error : (401) Unauthorized" occurs when opening EPM add-in from BPC web client.
  • The error doesn't always occur and it is working fine if you connect to the application server directly.

"Logon failed" was logged in Security Audit Log (SM20):
