Symptom

  • Access BI dswsbobje service link with 8080 port in the browser http://<hostname>:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session will have Internal Server Error.
  • Access BI dswsbobje service link with 6405 port in the browser http://<hostname>:6405/dswsbobje/services/Session is working fine.
  • Below Error could be found in Tomcat log when trying to access the issue link: org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: The system is attempting to engage a module that is not available: dsws-legacy
  • No HTTPS or SSL configured in this environment.
