2724535 - Invalid posting on APEC job board - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

The job board APEC is selected, but I can see an error while checking its status:

Reproducing the Issue

  • Post an offer on APEC
  • Go to Manage Jobs after it was supposed to be published
  • See error on the job board line 

Cause

In most cases, the SIRET and NAF codes for the entity are invalid. As the job board checks this value during the validation process, it must be correctly filled.

Resolution

  • In Recruiting Posting, go to Settings > Posting Profiles and Groups > Manage Profiles and Groups 
  • Select the entity and amend Local identification number (SIRET in France) and NAF (14 digits for the SIRET and 4 digits and 1 letter for NAF):
