2724839 - Country field for sm-mapping does not work- Recruiting Management

When creating the SM- Mapping to country field the information does not flow to Employee Profile.

1. Create sm-mapping in the Candidate Profile Template
2. Save candidate profile template
3. Error: Picklist field country is mapped to a non picklist field.

This is a system limitation. You can not map a picklist field to a non picklist field.

Both country fields are standard fields in both candidate profile and Employee profile. In the employee profile the field type is a text and the candidate profile the field type will be a Picklist and that is  why the mapping of the field country is not supported.
